It is recognized for its hard tooth surface and thrust bearing capabilities. The design of product adapts all technical regulations stipulated in JB/T9095.1-1999. Its feature that gear and parts of half are made from high strength alloy steel.The gear is made through Such various processing technologies as carburizing,quenching,teeth grinding,etc.The hardness of teeth surface reaches HRC54-62.At the front end of hollow output shaft,it is equipped with super thrust bearing to withstand the working recoil.

The main standard parts,such as bearing,oil seal etc,adapt domestic qualified products. As request,it can also be equipped with imported products.Its features compact,high understood capacity,stable transmission,low noise,high efficiency,etc. The property of products reached international advanced level and can replace the same imported products.
