NMRV series gear box is a common worm gear reducer, it is composed of worm gear and worm, the main materials include aluminum alloy or cast iron casing, special wear-resistant nickel bronze alloy worm gear, as well as brand bearings and seals. It features low vibration, low noise and low energy consumption, and is relatively simple to install and maintain.

1.Compact & Lightweight Design

• Aluminum alloy housing (NMRV) or cast iron (NMRV-E for heavier duty).
• Ideal for tight installation spaces.

2.High Reduction Ratios (Single & Double Stage)

• Single-stage: 5:1 to 100:1
• Double-stage: 100:1 to 3600:1 (for very high torque applications).

3.Self-Locking Capability

• The worm gear design prevents back-driving when the worm is not rotating (useful for hoists, lifts, and safety applications).

4.Smooth & Quiet Operation

• Helical worm wheel teeth reduce noise compared to spur gears.

5.Mounting Flexibility

• Foot-mounted (NMRV…/V) or flange-mounted (NMRV…/F).
• Compatible with IEC standard motors (B5/B14 flanges).

6.Efficiency & Lubrication

• Efficiency: 60-90% (lower than planetary gearboxes due to sliding friction).
• Grease or oil lubrication (maintenance intervals depend on load/speed).

7.IP65 Protection
